By purchasing any plan from X - Prime Plus, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Plan Details

Basic Plan – ₹49/month

• Website built using Google Sites
• 60 minutes of developer chat support (valid within 30 days from activation)

Premium Plan – ₹199/month

• Website hosted with 5 GB SSD storage via Hostinger
• Professional design and developer support as per the selected features

2. Plan Renewal & Price Increase

All plans are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

• After 1 month, the plan must be renewed to continue service.
• Renewal charges will increase by 10% every month from the original price.
• Example: ₹49 → ₹54 → ₹59.4 → and so on.
• If not renewed within 7 days of expiry, service may be paused or removed.

3. Data Usage & Privacy

• Your data (name, email, phone number, website type) may be used to:
  • Improve service quality
  • Offer personalized features
  • Conduct business-related analysis
• We will never sell or misuse your data.
• All data will be handled securely as per Indian data protection laws.
• You may request data deletion at any time via support.

4. Legal Compliance & Communication

• We may contact you via WhatsApp, email, or SMS for:
  • Important updates
  • Renewal reminders
  • Promotional offers (opt-out anytime)
• You are responsible for ensuring your website complies with Indian laws and internet rules.
• X - Prime Plus is not liable for any illegal content uploaded by users.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the low-cost and quick delivery of our services, no refunds will be issued once the work has started or been delivered.

By making a payment or using any service provided by X - Prime Plus, you agree to all the terms mentioned above.
